This #FamilyDay I got to host a watercolour worksh This #FamilyDay I got to host a watercolour workshop! To brighten these dreary winter days, I decided to make it a workshop to paint colourful flowers 💐It was so fun to give some quick basic instructions and then watch how people of all ages interpreted the still life flowers and executed their paintings.🎨🖌Everyone had their distinct style and ideas of how they wanted their paintings to turn out.What I found most satisfying, though, was to be able to help people execute the technicalities. Being to show how to problem solve painting and drawing issues they couldn't quite execute and then watch as they accomplished their vision was over the top rewarding.I was so so impressed with everybody's focus!! 🧠

Two and a half weeks of tiny paintings! 18 days an Two and a half weeks of tiny paintings! 18 days and the chain hasn't been broken yet but this is still early days.A few wins .... a lot of fails but maybe they aren't total fails if I learn something from it.Still need to loosen up on my landscapes tho!
