I attended a #rewilding ink making workship this q I attended a #rewilding ink making workship this qeek3nd where we learned how many things that can be found in our back laneways can make beautiful #ink!I happened upon a man cleaning up branches from some tree weeds that he had trimmed. He was happy to allow me tp take as many leaves as I wanted.Turns out these leaves are from Mountain Ash, aka Rowan Tree!
A big collab is happening at @gallery.1065 thanks A big collab is happening at @gallery.1065 thanks to @pamlostracco, @torontoinkcompany and @davidsuzukifdn 🌱 And this weekend, as part of the collab an ink making workshop was held at the gallery!We got to learn about what kind of discarded, local foraged items could be made into ink. And the ink that we created will be used as a paint by numbers project to paint Pam's gorgeous mural!The show, called Rewilding opens this Thursday, Sept 10th (at 1065 Bloor St West)!
